Where Are We Moving?

We are moving to the south end of Salt Lake County and the south end of Davis county.

  1. Draper - we have leased space at approximately 300 West and 12300 South that is currently under renovation.
  2. Bountiful - we are currently considering locations that we can lease in Bountiful.

Why Are We Moving?

While our roots are in Salt Lake City, we serve firefighters and their families throughout the state of Utah. We strive to provide the best possible service to all our members, regardless of where they live or work.

We recently conducted an in depth analysis to determine how we can best serve our membership. This analysis included:

  • Analyzing population growth patterns in Utah.
  • Reviewing where our current membership lives and where our newest members live.
  • Tracking which services are most used by our membership.
  • Determining which services are most requested by our members.
  • Mapping the availability of Shared Branch locations and analyzing which locations are most used by members.

The results of this analysis led to a decision that having two locations - one in the south end of Salt Lake County, and one in the south end of Davis county - would offer a greater level of service to the most members. Moving to these two locations will allow us to be within a reasonable driving distance of two-thirds of our membership.

We're Expanding - And Moving

Our Expansion

Firefighters Credit Union is expanding to two locations. As part of these expansion plans, we are relocating our main office to Draper. Our Draper location has been found and is currently being remodeled. We expect to move to this location in early 2025.

We are currently reviewing several options for our second location. Our search is focused on the North Salt Lake and the  south Bountiful area.

As part of these expansion plans, we are selling our building located at 124 West 1400 South in Salt Lake City. The building is currently under contract. We will remain in the building until January 31st of 2025.
