Be a Board Member
Nomination are now being accepted for three seats on our Board of Directors. Our Board members ensure that the Credit Union is providing the financial products and services our members expect.
Eligibility
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the annual meeting, be a member of the credit union (with a $25 minimum deposit in savings), and be a member in good standing (does not have delinquent loans, does not have a negative deposit balance, and has not caused the Credit Union a loss).
Time Commitment
Board members are expected to attend a monthly board meetings (dates vary each month) and occasional committee meetings. Generally board members spend approximately two hours per month serving the Credit Union.
Opportunity to Contribute
Board members have the opportunity to represent thousands of members as the Credit Union develops long-range strategic plans. The Board of Directors oversees the operations and financial performance of the Credit Union, including reviewing all policies and giving input on procedures for products and services.
Election
Three individuals will be elected to the Board of Directors prior to the Annual Meeting to be held on April 18th. Each individual elected will serve a three year term.
