Mobile Banking With TouchBanking

TouchBanking Features

Members can access their accounts using a smartphone app TouchBanking, powered by Fiserv, Inc.  Using TouchBanking, members can:

  • View account balances
  • View transaction histories
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Schedule Bill Pay payments
  • Deposit checks (see our Mobile Deposits page for details)

Download & Install TouchBanking

Members must first be enrolled in Virtual Branch, our online banking system, before downloading & installing TouchBanking.  See the Online Banking page for details.

  1. Download & install the TouchBanking app
  2. Open the TouchBanking app
  3. Enter the app code GoMobile0588
  4. Enter your Login ID (this is the same Login ID you use for Virtual Branch)
  5. Tap the Continue button
  6. Enter your Password (this is the same as your Security Code for Virtual Branch)
  7. Tap the Log In button
  8. Tap the I Accept button to accept the Terms and Conditions (you must scroll down to see the button)

After installing TouchBanking and logging in for the first time, you will only have to enter your Password (Security Code for Virtual Branch) to access your account.
